The London Universities Mooting Shield competition was launched in June 2007 after the Masters of Moots from the four founding universities, King’s College London, University College London, the London School of Economics and Political Science and the School of Oriental and African Studies, came together to solve the absence of an annual friendly mooting competition which saw all of the London Universities competing together.
