A Hall of a Lot to Learn
As my Virgin Pendolino tilting train departed Liverpool Lime Street station, I breathed a sigh of sadness, waving goodbye to my homeland and dreaming of pastures new. For I was going to study in London, the capital city, a cosmopolitan place where hustling and bustling were part of the average daily life. King’s College London was my university of choice, partly owed to their fantastic academic reputation amongst the leading law firms, and partly owed to the fact that they were one of only two universities who accepted me.
